Hong Kong Post Office tracking not correct :(

Normally , if the trakcing status is : The item (RA97xxxxxx54HK) is being processed for departure from Hong Kong as of 3-Jul-2009. that mean the package still not leave Hong Kong yet . (The package send on 2,Jul)

But we have Customer inform us , Hong Kong Post Office tracking not correct as below picture (cause the package not delivery , so we the full tracking number fill color to protect ) .

If any tracking information not correct , please don't hesitate to contact us , we will pass to post office request notice this problem .
